Goldschmidt Dedicates New Facility in Hopewell, VA

Goldschmidt Chemical Corp. celebrated the expansion of its Hopewell, VA site by holding a dedication ceremony at the sales, marketing and technology center. Among the business lines the new facility serves are the industrial specialties and Tego coatings and inks business. In addition to sales and administrative offices, the 33,000-sq.-ft. facility has 8,000-sq.-ft. dedicated to R&D.
“In addition to strengthening our organization in a highly competitive market, the consolidation of these operations at the new sales, marketing and technology center has made it possible for both the care specialties and oligomers and silicones business units to provide truly integrated services to our clients,” said Reinhold Brand, president, Goldschmidt Chemical Corp.
